Adrian Collett and Paul Bowers celebrating the near completion of the new Aldershot Centre for Health - But while there's space in the building for the vital Minor Injuries Unit, there's still no funding!

Great progress is being made on construction of Aldershot's long-awaited Centre for Health, but there's still no Minor Injuries Unit.

The Conservatives closed the Cambridge Military Hospital 13 years ago, so the new Centre for Health is well overdue.

When the Cambridge closed a promise was made to provide a state of the art Centre for Health with a Minor Injuries Unit to save residents having to go to A&E at Frimley Park.

The Centre for Health will open in a few months time but, while there's room for a Minor Injuries Unit in the building, funds still haven't allocated to run it.

Health campaigner Adrian Collett said, "This is utter madness! It's also a broken promise and we must make our anger heard.

"They must be made to listen. If you haven't already signed our petition, please do so now."
