Geoff Marks of Farnborough Airfield Residents Association shows Lib Dem Councillors Adrian Collett and Crispin Allard what is blighting local property prices.

Anger is growing at airfield operator TAG's refusal to compensate residents.

Thousands live under the flight path and there is mounting evidence of properties losing up to 15% of their value due to the increase in commercial flying.

Adrian Collett has challenged current Tory MP Gerald Howarth, a merchant banker by trade and well known as a strong supporter of TAG, to help residents in their struggle.

Adrian commented, "They should be entitled to compensation, but TAG have wriggled out of paying. If I was the MP, I would have sorted this mess out long ago."

Geoff Marks of Farnborough Airfield Residents Association (FARA) welcomed Adrian's intervention.

"Having kept all 3 parties up to speed on the issues as best I can, it is only the Liberal Democrats that clearly understand them, and support us in an open, transparent, and fair way".
