No one should have to sell their home to pay for care

Liberal Democrats are calling for free personal care for elderly people to be introduced across the UK. 'No one should be forced to sell their home to pay for care,' says the leader of the local campaign, Adrian Collett.
LIBERAL Democrats want a better deal for older people.
The Lib Dems are part of the Government in Scotland where free personal care for has been introduced. The party wants to see the policy extended across the UK.
In Hampshire, the Conservatives have been forced in to a U-turn by
Liberal Democrat pressure. They now agree to use all the government money given to the County Council for Social Services to improve services such as care for the elderly
Initially the Conservatives, backed by Labour had refused to pass on all the cash.
